Brianna Viglietta, DVM

Hi. We’re the real bosses of Dr. Brianna Viglietta: Chase Rice, Luke Combs, George Strait, Chesney, and Dolly Parton (her dogs and cats.) You’re welcome.

Our mom (who insists on being called “Dr. Viglietta” at work) graduated from St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical training at the University of Tennessee (she still says “Go Vols!” like it’s a personality trait). Before becoming a veterinarian, she earned her veterinary technician degree at SUNY Delhi and worked as a licensed vet tech while finishing her Bachelor of Biology at SUNY Albany. Basically, she’s been obsessed with vet med for a long time. She grew up on Long Island, NY, practiced in Wilmington, NC, and now calls the Tampa Bay area home, which we personally appreciate because beach days are elite.

At the hospital, she loves preventive care, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and nutrition. At home, she practices preventive care by making sure we eat balanced meals, take our supplements, and absolutely do not get away with anything. (Except Luke. Luke gets away with things.) When she’s not taking care of your pets, she’s at the beach, traveling somewhere fun, or at a live music or sporting event. This makes sense because she obviously named all of us after country music artists. You’re welcome for the theme.

We may be slightly biased… but if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, compassionate, and completely dedicated to her patients, she’s your girl. Now excuse us. It’s dinner time. Sincerely, Her Amazing Fur Children!
